So sorry!
I know we decided to update at least once a week, but we've been a bit busy (school/work).
Justin's on Spring Break right now (lucky) & we've been having a blast!
Just the other day we took a walk through Golden Gate Park looking for a stand that served kimchi hotdogs (sounds delicious huh). I think we walked 3 miles looking for it, but failed. Sadface. Maybe next time (we'll be sure to take pictures)!
During this break we both gained a lot of weight lol. We've been eating like there's no tomorrow. We took a grocery trip to the Korean market & bought things we probably never would back at home: uni, unagi, shrimp chips, canned lychees, & tempura frying batter. We take turns cooking for each other (mostly Justin teehee) & we love it. We plan theme dinners, like the sushi night we had tonight.
Very random story that I HAVE to share: At work there are three amigos who work in the kitchen at my restaurant & they are always making me laugh. They call Justin their rival & tell me everyday that they want to beat him up lol. They are the cutest things ever!
Today, one of them, Jose wrote me a note (keep in mind they can barely speak english): "My Queen! I like your smile, especially when you make mistakes, cause from mistakes we learn, having a difficult time is disgusting, but when you overcome it, that means to me you're a very special person. That's all matters to me."
Then he dedicated "When a Man Loves a Woman" to me. LOL.
Justin always laughs when I tell him stories about the amigos.
Ok enough gibberish, time for some pictures:
Remember last post we told you to keep in mind the orange bunny & pink bear? Well, here's what it's about...
You first boil some eggs.
After the eggs are fully boiled, you take the eggs & put them into the molds.
Then you dunk them into a cold water bath for about 15 minutes...
...waiting 15 minutes.
Then open up the molds to find these perfectly shaped bunny & bear eggs! VOILA!
Yum, bunny brains.
Justin doesn't like bear brains. He only likes the white meat.

Our Sushi theme Dinner:
Brought sushi rice home today to make some unagi nigiri (learned from watching the sushi men at work).
Jealous?
Check out the homemade uni nigiri, now you're really jealous haha!
Well, that's all for now, I promise we'll have a better update next week.
Love/miss you all! Please hug & kiss each other for us.
♥Christy & Justin
